Shiva is a seasoned HR professional with 20 + years of progressive HR work experience that includes Leadership roles at Global Organizations across multiple industries including IT, Mobile, Telecom, Engineering and Financial Services.
Experience includes stints in both large established Organisations (Infosys) as well as Start ups (OnMobile & Vistaar Finance) and SMEs (Sasken Networks & Attra Infotech) across multiple areas of HR eventually growing to Head HR for the last 3 Companies.
As an Independent Consultant, he has consulted for Harman India as well as been the Head-HR for Ametek India.
Shiva has completed his MBA (HR) and BSc. (Statistics), both in First Class from the University of Mumbai, India.
